PRODUCE- 2.5lbs of grapes ($2.99/lb *dead faint* but we needed something for smoothies)
- 3 bags of boston lettuce ($.99 each)
- 1lb organic strawberries ($2.99)
- 1 mango ($.69)
- 3lbs clementines ($4.99, cause Peter can't eat the $.65/lb navel oranges *rolls eyes*)
- 1 pomegranate ($1.99)
- bananas ($.69/lb)
- tomatoes ($.99/lb)
THE REST
-Terra chips (that I just now realized they didn't give me the 50% off of that they should've. grrr. I would never have paid $5.19 for a bag of chips! Even if Simon can eat them!)
- 2 bags of rice noodles ($2.49 each)
- 2 jars of organic jam (2/$4.00)
- Simon's goat yogurt ($3.79)
- 2 cheese ($2.99/300g)
- top sirloin steaks ($2.99/lb)
- 4L of milk that I forgot to put in the picture ($5.58)
Total this week was $65.93. So under $100, but I sure don't feel like I got much! They were out of several things that I wanted to buy like butter (on sale), spring lettuce mix, frozen OJ (SUPER sale, but I got a raincheck) and a few other items.

ReplyDeleteAmy, I just want to let you know that I tried out your thai lettuce wraps last weekend when we had some friends over, and they were a HUGE success. :) I think everyone took the recipe home, so thanks!!
